SHIPPING:

Where do you ship? 

We proudly offer international shipping with minimal restrictions. During checkout, the delivery cost and estimated timing will be calculated based on your address. If your address or country is not listed in our delivery options, it means we currently are unable to ship to your location. 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping costs are calculated per order (based on things like weight, size, and the shipping option selected) once you have entered items into your basket and have proceeded through the check-out. 

    How long does delivery take?

    Orders are typically dispatched by the Distribution Center (DC) within 1 – 3 business days of placing your order. Please allow additional time for customized and special orders.

    Please note: For orders with pre-order or backorder products, orders will be held until ALL items are ready to ship. Please place a separate order if you want to receive your other items sooner.

    Special order items fulfilled by a third-party vendor may take between 4 to 6 weeks to ship. Please be aware that third-party items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or any promotional discounts.

    Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day. 

    PO Box Support: 

    *PO box and other non-standard delivery addresses are not eligible for Express and Next Day shipping. If selected, the delivery method will automatically be updated to a compatible service, which may result in delayed transit time.

    *Please note: Orders containing these product types are typically shipped once all products are in stock. If ordering multiple products that have different shipping timelines and you prefer to receive multiple shipments as items are available, please place separate orders. 

    Customs, Duties & Taxes: 

    Orders shipped outside of U.S. are subject to customs, duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient and are NOT included in the shipping cost. 

    Wholesale Pricing Requests

    For wholesale requests, please emaillgmwholesale@legends.netwith request details and include links to the products of interest. Please note that wholesale minimums generally start at 100 pieces, and not all products may be available for discount pricing.

    Tax Exempt Order Requests

    For tax exempt inquiries, please use the Contact Us section of the site and be prepared to share your tax certificate of exemption. Approved tax exempt buyers may order online and then have the eligible sales tax refunded by submitting a customer service request after payment has been completed. 

    RETURN POLICY:

    We have a 30-Day Hassle Free Return Policy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of order; *exclusions may apply based on the items. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with no signs of damage or wear, and all labels still attached.  

    *Personalized and collectible items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

    Upon receiving your returned items, it generally takes up to 5 business days to process the return. However, during busy periods, processing may take longer, so please allow up to 14 business days. 

    How do I return the items? 

    Our return process has changed. We don’t offer exchanges, but to return an item, please simply click on this link and follow the instructions on the page. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us. The label will be sent to you via email, and the $9 return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

    For International returns, please refer to the website where the order was placed for instructions or contact customer support for assistance.  

    Please Note: 

    • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Any items not meeting these conditions may be returned to you at your expense.  
    • Personalized or customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect in the material or workmanship. 
    • Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.  
    • NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE 

    I received damaged/faulty product. 

    If the merchandise you received is of unsatisfactory quality, damaged, or defective, please contact customer support to file a damage claim and request a prepaid return label. If you choose to use your own shipping method,  the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

    Cancellations (US only): 

    • If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us through the Contact Us page on the website immediately. We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery, so it may not be possible to change or cancel your order once it's confirmed. Please contact customer support promptly for assistance. 

      If your order has been processed, the customer support team will provide you with information about how to return the item. 

      Please Note: 

      • Pre-Orders: The delivery for preorder items depends on the production and shipping schedules. Cancellations may be possible if the order has not been processed yet, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. 
      • Refunds: If your cancellation is successful, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Once processed, you will receive a refund for the returned item, which may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your bank statement 
      • Personalized Jerseys: Please allow 1-3 weeks for production and shipping of personalized game jerseys, or 4-6 weeks for production and shipping of personalized elite jerseys. This includes time to process, customize and ship your officially licensed personalized jersey. All sales are final for personalized jerseys
